Returns & Exchange Policy
This Returns & Exchange Policy is issued by MEDiFOOD MART SDN BHD (Company Registration No: 1579114-M).
Please read and understand the following policy before making a purchase.All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
However, if a product is found to be defective, we will accept returns.
SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY
Our return policy applies to regular-priced items only and is valid for 7 days from the date the item is received.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original tags and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Sale or promotional items.
- Regular-priced items submitted for return after 7 days.
- Products with no visible defects.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and you will be notified of the result within 5 business days.
SECTION 2 – EXCHANGE POLICY
If the returned product meets the requirements above, it will be exchanged with the same item by default.
If the item is out of stock, you may:
- Choose a replacement item of equal or higher value.
- Request a refund, if eligible (see Section 3).
Exchange notes:
- For lower-priced replacements, no refund of the price difference will be given.
- For higher-priced replacements, the customer must pay the price difference.
On a case-by-case basis, we may accept exchange requests beyond the conditions above.
If approved, a handling and delivery fee of RM10 will apply.
SECTION 3 – REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The returned item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- The item meets the requirements stated in Section 1.
Refunds will cover the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days to the customer’s nominated bank account. If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact us.
